At ReCellExchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, accessories, and manuals are included to prevent restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
